GICS IV: Accommodation

All GICS delegates will be housed together at The Capital on the Park in Sandton, where our conference will also be held.  When you register for the meeting, we will assign you a room at the hotel from the block that is being held for GICS; you do not need to make a reservation yourself.

Registration fees for low- and middle-income country providers include 3 nights accommodation (arriving 16 January and departing 19 January).  Because these rooms are subsidized, you will likely share a room with another GICS member.  When you register, please indicate if you have a preferred roommate.  You are only guaranteed your own room if you pay for your accommodation ($375 for 3 nights in a single room or $450 for 3 nights in a shared room); all high-income providers will pay for their own accommodation.

The Capital on the Park is a modern facility, with a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, spa treatment room, fitness centre, and 24-hour controlled security access to ensure guest safety and privacy.
